Tips to piss off an umpire?

I coach a little league baseball team and we’ve got a couple of umpires who are complete a$$holes and for some reason want to shut me up everytime I open my mouth about an unfair call. Does anyone experience in baseball have any tips on how I can totally piss off an umpire during the game that will not get me thrown out?
WorrieW: a rule in our league is that the catcher can’t come out from behind the plate and be in the baseline to block a runner coming home unless he has the ball in hand. This is to eliminate the injuries that come with a runner having to run throught the catcher to get to the base. These are 13-15 yr olds. My son got caught up in that sliding into home and now has 2 screws in his ankle. This happened again tonight and the umpire did not call interference on the catcher. I disputed the call and was told to shut up or I’d be ejected. Then the other teams coach was coaching 3rd and was yelling "Ball" every time our pitcher started his windup. Next inning I coached 3rd and did the same thing, and the ump immediatly shut me down and told me if I said one more thing he’d eject me.

if you don’t have anyone to practice with, yet you do want to improve your hitting, I came up with a drill and I need your advice.

if you set up a tarp, maybe nailing it to a couple of trees 10 feet apart, 6 feet high, you stood 6 feet away and aimed your ball 4-5 feet high, then you took a 3 foot long sawed off broom stick along with one of those rubber bouncey balls you use to could buy for 25cents out of a gumball machine, threw it up and hit it into the tarp, how much would that improve your hand-eye coordination?

do you know where you can get those kind of balls? they use to be easy to find but now I don’t know. Or, something similar to that that would not hurt the tarp or stick. I’m looking for something the size of a marble that is made out of rubber, and about 10 to 15 of those for my kid to practice. do any of you coaches or wanna be coaches like this type of self training for the self motivated?

I bought a new akadema baseball glove and i have formed the pocket pretty well but i need a way to get it to be easier to squeeze.. its hard to catch a ball if you cant squeeze your glove =/

Any tips are useful but the coach at my high school and my friend both have told me not to oil it or bake it or anything like that..
