Hello, I have a few questions about teenage baseball leagues. If anyone could help in answering them, especially people who have been in similar situations, I would greatly appreciate it.
Basically, I am interested in joining a baseball team. Not anything big, just a simple recreational team. However, I haven’t played since I was very young. I now see all the fun my cousin and friends have with it, and would like to try it out.
As I said before, I haven’t played on an actual team since I was really little. But I do know all the rules and have picked up a lot of "tips" being around my uncle (baseball coach). I am not some incredible athlete, but I do play sports, so I can throw catch, etc. I just recently turned 15, so I am worried that if I do join a team, all the other players will be MUCH more advanced than I am.
I am wondering if anyone has been in this situation before. What was it like? Would you say that you were pretty even with most of the team in skill level?
Haha, inxaral: watching him play is what got me into it! But thanks for the advice. It’s good to know that some other people have had the same experience. I just don’t want to go and be the one who only plays because they "have" to play him. 
Thanks for that advice, R Man. I was thinking about that earlier, since some of my friends are on the baseball team at school and county teams. But I think you are right, since I know in my area they have both travel and rec.
Anyone have anything else to share?

Ok so i’ve been looking for a pitching machine and I find this Sling pitcher. It looks better than a regular pitching machine and you can use it for a lot of things. It can pitch up to 80+ mph and it is cheaper than a good pitching machine. I just want to know people’s opinion about it.

I really want to be a pro baseball player but i have a few problems im good i just dont get noticed I play in highschool but rode the aluminum most of the time I used to go to camp when i was 12 n the coaches used to love me the used to think i was a great hitter, they kinda lost their respect for me y i dont know n i really stepped out of the limelight i also dont play on a travel baseball team i play town because of my horriffic grades I have intentions of playing baseball at a college level n then even more serious a pro level i think i cood be good enough to at least get there but there are a lot of problems in my way ny tips at all my life would suck without baseball its really a dream

There are two wheels inside of the machine. One of them has decided to become flat for no apparent reason. I can’t find anywhere to buy a replacement. Help!

I’m setting up a pitching machine to help my friend coach his team. The batting cage is only 45 feet long but I want to set it at 75 mph in order to get the kids prepared to hit. How fast is that equivalent to when the mound is 60ft 6inches away in a game?
